• Strengthening partnerships with rehabilitation and support organisations to improve aftercare and reintegration.
• Developing wider awareness campaigns using sport, arts, education and community engagement.
• Building stronger networks between families, schools, churches, government, businesses, healthcare professionals and community organisations.
